Der Oberste Gerichtshof in persona Helen Winkelmann hat befunden, dass die Polizei-Durchsuchungen im Haus des Megaupload-Gründers Kim Schmitz alias Kim Dotcom illegal waren, und auch die Beschlagnahmung von Festplatten und ähnlichem nicht dem geltenden Recht entsprochen habe.
