Die erste Meldung erscheint wahrscheinlich, wenn man eine App, die auf dem iPhone gelöscht wurde, neu laden will,
die zweite, wenn es zu einer installierten App ein Update gibt.

Ob der erneute Download also weiterhin kostenlos ist, wird hier noch nicht ganz klar (zumindest für mich)
